Zelensky Says Starlink’s 161 km/h Speed Cap Is Disabling Ukrainian Interceptor Drones

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Ukrainian interceptor drones cannot effectively target Russian jet-powered Shahed drones because Starlink connections shut down when platforms exceed 161 km/h.
