Slovakia formally joined the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children, State Secretary for EU Affairs Marek Eštok announced Monday. Eštok met with the Ukrainian and Canadian ambassadors on November 2, handing over a diplomatic note confirming the accession.
