Zelenskyy Teases Joint Plan With Allies to Force Putin to Stop War

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Kyiv and its international partners have a joint plan intended to force Russian President Vladimir Putin to end the war, even though peace talks have stalled. Speaking at a youth forum, Zelenskyy said Putin “does not want to stop,” but “he will stop,” without detailing the plan. He added that Ukraine must keep defending while its allies boost air-defense capabilities. Zelenskyy also said negotiators delivered Ukraine’s proposals to the U.S., but differences with Russia remain unresolved.
