Experts commissioned by the United Nations have found “reasonable grounds” to believe that the United States committed war crimes in two strikes on Iran. The findings concern attacks that reportedly killed at least 178 civilians, including women and children, at a school in Minab and a sports complex in Lamerd. Investigators said the strikes may have been indiscriminate and damaged clearly identifiable civilian sites. The US government has not accepted responsibility for the attacks or released findings from its investigation.
