Ukraine Says India Offers Most Comprehensive Plan for Black Sea Energy Truce

Ukraine says India has put forward the most comprehensive of four proposals for a possible ceasefire with Russia, combining protection for energy infrastructure with safer navigation in the Black Sea. Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said Kyiv was ready to consider the arrangement as an interconnected package. Other proposals came from the United States, Türkiye, and Egypt. While diplomatic activity is increasing, no agreement has been reached, and Russia’s response remains crucial to determining whether the initiative can move toward implementation
