Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has reaffirmed his government’s close alignment with Russia, describing himself and Vladimir Putin as “co-aggressors” in Ukraine. Speaking in Minsk, he said the two leaders sometimes jokingly debate who bears greater responsibility for the conflict. Lukashenko acknowledged differences in their views but pledged that Belarus would follow Kremlin decisions.
