Ukraine Says Deep Strikes Wrecked Over Half of Russia’s Oil-Refining Capacity

Ukraine’s Defense Ministry says more than 51% of Russia’s oil-refining capacity has been put out of action by long-range strikes. Defense Minister Yevhen Khmara said the campaign is intended to weaken Moscow’s military-economic potential and disrupt fuel supplies to Russian forces. Recent targets reportedly included refineries in Moscow, Yaroslavl, Kirishi, Ust-Luga, Perm, Ilsky, Saratov, and Syzran. Kyiv says production and procurement of long-range strike drones tripled this year, while attacks continue to expand as the war intensifies further.
