Tragic Ambush in Cameroon: Police Officer Killed, Teacher Kidnapped

YAOUNDÉ, Cameroon — A violent attack on a government administrative convoy and educational facility in Cameroon's conflict-affected Northwest region left a senior police officer dead and educators abducted on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
