Tesla has defeated Sweden’s IF Metall union following a 1,021-day strike tied to the companies’ labour dispute. The Labour Court ruled in Tesla’s favour and ordered IF Metall to pay Tesla’s legal costs. The decision ends a long-running conflict that had kept production and collective bargaining under intense scrutiny. Both sides had argued their positions on workplace conditions and agreements, but the court’s ruling favored Tesla.
