Speaking Alongside Putin, Kazakhstan President Calls for Freeze of Ukraine War

Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said on Saturday that a Ukraine peace agreement might be possible if both sides freeze the conflict and restart negotiations.
