Russia is ready to resume trilateral talks with Ukraine and the United States, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said after Vladimir Putin met U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff in St Petersburg. A round is tentatively planned around November 10, with no venue agreed. The talks were suspended in February after three rounds made little progress beyond prisoner exchanges. Ushakov said discussions should address a security system for Russia and Ukraine after the war. Kyiv has pressed for talks to resume, while disagreements remain.
