Russia Preparing Additional Troop Mobilization and Seeking North Korean Forces, Zelenskyy Warns

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has warned that Russia is preparing another mobilization of troops and seeking additional North Korean forces to support its war in Ukraine. He said Moscow has been preparing facilities to receive as many as 30,000 more North Korean soldiers, while Pyongyang may also provide missile launchers. Zelenskyy described the developments as a broader security threat, saying Russia is helping North Korea gain combat experience. Kyiv urged international partners to strengthen air defenses and continue military assistance.
