Poland cannot provide Ukraine with Patriot interceptor missiles because it has none available to spare, Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said in an interview with the Polish Press Agency. He said shortages had worsened following attacks on Iran, while Russia was producing more missiles than could be intercepted. Sikorski added that other NATO countries may still have missiles available for transfer. Poland, he said, can appeal to those countries to help Ukraine. Kyiv relies on Patriot systems to defend against difficult-to-intercept Russian ballistic missiles.
