Owner of Swiss Ski Bar Where Inferno Killed 41 Arrested Over Alleged Domestic Assault

Jacques Moretti, co-owner of Le Constellation in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, has been placed in pre-trial detention over allegations of domestic violence against his wife and business partner, Jessica Moretti. The alleged assault reportedly occurred at their home on August 11 and left Jessica hospitalized. The couple also remain under investigation, alongside 14 others, over the New Year’s Day bar fire that killed 41 people and injured 115. Their lawyers said the domestic case is separate from the fire investigation
