A manhunt is underway for Jacob Allen Morley, 28, who escaped from the Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville, Tennessee, around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, October 25. Officials say he breached the perimeter fence and left wearing a prison uniform. Morley is serving a life sentence for the 2022 murder of Cody Birchfield. Authorities say a stolen pickup truck was later identified in the investigation. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is offering a reward of up to $2,500. Anyone who sees Morley should call 911 and not approach him.
