Intelligence Indicates Russia May Be Planning Provocations, Lithuania’s President Says

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda said intelligence signals suggest Russia could be planning limited provocations in Poland or the Baltic states to test NATO’s unity. He said investigators cannot pinpoint a specific place or time, and that Russia may still be in the planning stage. Nausėda added the threat is likely focused on targeted attacks on critical infrastructure, using conventional or other means, rather than large-scale warfare.
