Long lines have formed at petrol stations across Bali, including in Denpasar, Badung and Tabanan, as motorists report difficulty getting fuel. Some drivers have waited for hours. Governor I Wayan Koster said the island had adequate supplies and suggested panic buying was driving shortages at the pumps. The disruption has raised concern among residents and businesses on the tourism-dependent island, where transport relies heavily on motorbikes and cars.
