Nevada Gov. Joe Lombardo was pulled over in Las Vegas on May 15 after an officer alleged he ran a red light while making a right turn. The Associated Press reports body-camera video shows Lombardo immediately identifying himself as “Joe Lombardo,” and the officer acknowledged that he already knew who the governor was. The interaction lasted about 15 seconds and ended with the officer telling Lombardo he was “good to go” and that no citation was issued. Lombardo’s campaign said they were on the way to the airport.
