Four U.S. citizens and one Canadian were among the 69 people killed in last week’s high-speed train collision in Spain, authorities said. The crash happened on October 28 near Urda, in Toledo province, when a train struck the rear of another that had stopped on the tracks. Most victims were Spanish nationals. Authorities said 66 of the dead had been identified, while three people remained missing: two Australians and one Japanese citizen. The collision has renewed questions about rail safety on the Madrid-Seville line.
