Bulgarian officials say drones attacked two vessels in the Black Sea exclusive economic zone. The grain ship Able, flying Palau’s flag, was hit and caught fire; all 18 crew members were rescued, including two injured sailors. A second ship, the Togo-flagged Alfa Watan, sank after the attack. Its crew’s size and fate were unclear, and a search operation began. The attacks took place 70 miles off Bulgaria’s coast. Officials did not identify who was responsible, and Moscow had not commented
