Brazil Extends Voting After Transport Complaints

Brazil’s Supreme Court extended voting in the presidential runoff until 7 p.m. local time, giving voters two additional hours. The decision followed complaints from both campaigns about barriers to voting. President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva’s team said reduced bus service in São Paulo kept people from reaching polling stations.
