Martinez will oversee theatrical distribution strategy, planning, and execution across the company’s Bleecker Street and Crosswalk film slates. He joins from A24, where he served as head of theatrical sales for three years. During his tenure, A24 expanded its annual box office significantly through releases including “Backrooms,” “Civil War,” “The Drama,” “The Invite,” and “Marty Supreme.” Bleecker CEO Kent Sanderson praised Martinez’s creative judgment and distribution expertise today.
