A civilian cargo ship sank after a drone attack in the Black Sea within Bulgaria’s exclusive economic zone, Prime Minister Rumen Radev said. The Togo-flagged vessel, Alfa Watan, was Turkish-owned and reportedly heading toward Romania. Bulgarian authorities launched a search after nearby sailors found an overturned boat, life jackets and rafts. A second ship, the grain carrier Able, was also hit; all 18 crew members were rescued, including two injured in a fire. The attackers’ identities and the sunken vessel’s full crew count were not confirmed
