Two ships were struck by drones in the Black Sea off Bulgaria on Tuesday, Prime Minister Rumen Radev said. One vessel sank, while rescuers evacuated all 15 crew members from the Malta-flagged Chelsea 3; five suffered minor injuries. The crew included seven Ukrainians and eight Azerbaijanis. One person from the sunken ship was rescued, and authorities had not reported the fate of the others. Radev called the attacks unacceptable and said Bulgaria was seeking support from NATO and the European Union. Those responsible had not been confirmed.
