Zelenskyy: Ukrainian-Made Drones and Missiles Hit Russian Naval Base in Novorossiysk

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine struck the Russian naval base in Novorossiysk with domestically made Palianytsia drones and Neptun missiles. He described the attack as a precision operation against what he called the last major Russian stronghold of the Black Sea fleet, more than 300 km from the front line. Zelenskyy said confirmed impacts included air-defense positions, piers, and seaport infrastructure. Russian accounts previously reported a large-scale drone attack and claimed multiple UAVs were intercepted.
