Zelenskyy Reveals Repeated Drone Targeting During Recent European Travels

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told CBS News that Russian drones targeted his presidential plane twice in recent weeks while it traveled through Moldovan airspace. The first incident occurred as he flew toward Oslo on September 9, when the aircraft was reportedly almost hit. One or two drones also entered Moldovan airspace during the return journey. Zelenskyy described the incidents as part of a Russian intimidation strategy. Officials said the delegation remained safe, but intent was not independently confirmed at time.
