President Volodymyr Zelensky said a Ukrainian delegation will meet U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner in the US on Oct. 9. The discussions are expected to last two days and focus on energy and Black Sea ceasefire proposals. The delegation includes Foreign Intelligence Service Chief Rustem Umerov and chief of staff Kyrylo Budanov. Zelensky said Ukraine knows about economic discussions between Washington and Moscow but declined to provide details. The effort comes amid stalled negotiations and disputes over Russian territorial demands.
