The woman identified as Jane Doe in a lawsuit against Cornell University says she has received threats demanding that she withdraw allegations of sexual assault against fraternity members. Her attorney, Thomas Giuffra, said people trying to reveal her identity also threatened at least three women mistakenly identified as his client, and that he received a threat himself. The lawsuit alleges Jane Doe was assaulted in October 2024 while under the influence of ketamine, alcohol, and marijuana. Cornell announced an independent review.
