Warehouse Workers Among 8 Killed as Ukrainian Strikes Hit Inside Russia, Deadliest in Two Years

Eight people were killed and more than 60 wounded in what Russian officials described as the deadliest Ukrainian attacks inside Russia in two years. Overnight drones hit two Wildberries warehouse sites—one in Kotovsk in the Tambov region and another in Elektrostal near Moscow—both catching fire. Authorities reported seven night-shift workers died in Kotovsk and additional injuries occurred near Moscow, including from drone debris hitting a kindergarten. Zelensky said long-range strikes targeted key logistics facilities and an oil depot.
