Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha accused Vladimir Putin of using food shortages and the blockade of Ukrainian exports through the Black Sea to trigger migration toward Europe. Sybiha said Moscow hopes hunger, rising prices, and disrupted supplies will create political tension, strengthen radical movements, and weaken European support for Ukraine. He urged the EU to protect Ukrainian agricultural exports, secure commercial shipping, support farmers, and coordinate efforts against Russian disinformation and hybrid campaigns targeting Europe ahead of key elections there.
