Ukraine’s General Staff said its forces hit a Russian Su-24 bomber at Saky airfield in occupied Crimea during strikes on September 15 and 16. The damage was being assessed. Near Donetsk, Ukrainian forces also targeted a Russian drone launch and storage site, while ground control stations were struck in Staromlynivka and Pokrovsk. Other reported targets included an ammunition depot in Luhansk Oblast, fuel facilities, and Russian surveillance systems in Crimea, according to official Ukrainian military statements issued on Wednesday publicly.
