Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces said they carried out strikes on 29 energy facilities in temporarily occupied territories, including in Crimea, as part of the “Crimean Switch Off” operation. The commander, Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, said the targets included energy nodes supporting regional infrastructure and air-defense-related systems, citing hits such as the Balaklava Thermal Power Plant in Sevastopol. He also stated that from July 1 to August 13, the campaign effectively struck 240 energy hubs.
