Ukraine Says It Struck Russian Railway Bridge and Military Supply Sites

Ukraine’s General Staff said its forces struck a railway bridge over the Unecha River in Russia’s Bryansk region during operations on October 16 and overnight into October 17. The crossing is near Sloboda-Seletskaya and supports rail transport of military cargo. Ukrainian officials said the strike could complicate deliveries of ammunition, fuel and equipment to Russian forces. In occupied Donetsk, Ukraine also reported strikes on supply depots near Novoandriivka, Nikolske and Mariupol, plus a drone command post near Malynivka. The military did not disclose weapons used or damage.
