Ukraine struck the Borisoglebsk military airfield in Russia’s Voronezh region overnight with its Neptune coastal missile system, President Volodymyr Zelensky said. Four Su-34M bombers were destroyed and two damaged, he said, adding that the aircraft had been equipped with aerial bombs and prepared for further attacks on Ukraine. Ukraine’s Navy reported the strike, while satellite imagery showed damage at the airfield. The General Staff said explosions and a fire were recorded. The reported aircraft losses have not been independently verified.
