UFC’s parent company TKO Group says the organization lost about $30 million staging Freedom 250 at the White House in June, the company reported during its second-quarter earnings update. TKO said the event had significantly higher-than-normal costs, even though UFC expected losses and was able to partially offset them through global sponsorship and partnership deals. Tickets were not sold to the general public because it was invite-only, so live event revenue was limited
