PASIR GUDANG, Malaysia — A 26-year-old worker lost his life in a tragic industrial accident after falling into a chemical waste storage tank at a facility in the Pasir Gudang industrial zone.
The incident occurred during routine maintenance operations when the worker reportedly lost his footing and plunged into the container, which contained hazardous liquid waste.
