Streeting made the statement after meeting Hegseth in Washington on Thursday, during his first visit there as defence secretary. He said the cause of the outage remained unclear to the UK, and described the restoration as evidence of the importance of US intelligence sharing. The announcement came amid strained relations between Washington and Kyiv.
