South Korea shipped more than 176,000 tons of fuel, mostly diesel, to Russia’s Far East during July and August, according to port records and vessel-tracking data. Seven tankers completed 14 voyages, with three vessels already under British or European Union sanctions. Some crews listed Japan or Singapore as destinations before redirecting toward Russia, while one tanker loaded cargo through a ship-to-ship transfer near Yeosu.
