Saudi-Led Coalition Strikes Oil Depot Near Yemen’s Capital as Houthi Threats Escalate

The Saudi-led coalition said it struck the Al-Sabaha fuel facility near Houthi-controlled Sanaa on October 13, along with sites in Saada and Dhamar provinces. Coalition spokesperson Turki al-Maliki said the locations were used to support the Houthis’ military operations. Houthi media reported explosions and a fire near the capital, while the group threatened to target Riyadh’s airport and oil facilities if Saudi attacks continued. The strikes came amid renewed cross-border missile and drone attacks, including deadly attacks on Saudi Arabia.
