Saudi Arabia Used 86% of Its Patriot Missile Stockpile Due to War With Iran

Reports, citing CSIS analysis, say Saudi Arabia used roughly 86% of its Patriot PAC-3 stockpile during the conflict with Iran—about 2,400 of an estimated 2,800 interceptors in the first 38 days. The remaining inventory was described as about 400 PAC-3 missiles by April. The reports also highlight that replenishing interceptor stocks is slow due to production bottlenecks, raising concerns about longer-term air-defense readiness across the region.
