Russian share of India’s oil imports surges to record high in July

Russian crude accounted for the largest share of India’s oil imports on record in July, with supplies rising to about 2.8 million barrels per day and making up roughly 55.5% of India’s total crude imports. Data cited by analysts points to growth across multiple Indian receiving terminals, helping refiners maintain feedstock despite disrupted shipping routes.
