The timing of planned trilateral talks between Russia, Ukraine, and the United States will depend on battlefield conditions, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said. He said discussions could take place in Abu Dhabi after November 4, but no date has been confirmed. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expects the talks in mid-November and says Washington has yet to confirm a schedule. Ushakov said Russia’s delegation is not finalized and ruled out European participation. Discussions may address energy and maritime ceasefires, prisoner exchanges, and the return of Ukrainian children.
