Russia’s Federal Security Service says it detained a minor suspected of planning an attack at Moscow’s Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve after receiving information from U.S. law enforcement. The U.S. Embassy had warned of a credible threat of a mass-casualty event at the site, and public events were canceled as security was increased. The FSB said the teenager posted photos from the reserve and searched online for attacks. The allegations are based on the FSB’s account; the suspect has not been identified.
