Pink Floyd frontman calls James Hetfield of Metallica an expletive

Former Pink Floyd frontman Roger Waters called Metallica’s James Hetfield a “prick” and “nobody” during an appearance on The Katie Halper Show. Waters mocked Hetfield’s intelligence and said Metallica were “no musicians,” criticizing their acoustic performance. The outburst followed Hetfield’s October 10 remarks at the Sphere, where he said Metallica was not there to influence fans with political views. Hetfield did not name anyone. Waters’ comments came amid debate over musicians speaking politically; Metallica had not responded by October 15.
