Norway and Finland leaders hold rare call with Putin

Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre spoke by phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday, October 27. They said the call, held in consultation with Ukraine, aimed to convey their views on future negotiations to end Russia’s war.
