‘No Piracy, Lavrov’: Ukraine Expands Maritime Campaign, Strikes 20 Russian Vessels in the Black Sea

Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) says its maritime drone campaign expanded beyond the Sea of Azov into the Black Sea, with strikes overnight hitting 20 Russian vessels. USF commander Robert “Madyar” Brovdi said the targets included 17 oil tankers, two gas tankers, and one tugboat, and that an official report and video evidence would follow. Brovdi dismissed Lavrov’s claims that the attacks amounted to “piracy,” saying the strikes were “just business.”
