Netherlands to Allocate €327M for Ukraine’s Recovery Ahead of 2029 EU Presidency

The Netherlands will provide an additional €327 million for Ukraine’s recovery and reconstruction between 2027 and 2029, on top of €878 million already pledged for non-military support. The funding will help repair Ukraine’s energy system and critical infrastructure, while supporting humanitarian relief and private-sector projects. The announcement came as the Netherlands prepares to hold the EU Council presidency from July through December 2029. The government said it would continue working with European partners and NATO allies to support Ukraine’s recovery
