Netflix is laying off about 1,000 employees in its largest round of cuts since 2022, according to an internal memo sent by co-CEOs Greg Peters and Ted Sarandos. The reductions amount to roughly 6% of the company’s workforce, with the biggest impact expected in product, technology, legal and human-resources teams. The executives said Netflix remains on track to meet its full-year forecast and will continue investing in priority areas. The company had about 16,000 employees at the end of 2025.
