The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that Tropical Depression Ada is expected to weaken and gradually dissipate, offering a respite from the heavier rains that accompanied it. Local disaster risk management offices are on standby, coordinating precautionary measures in communities historically affected by tropical depressions and monsoon rains.
