Munich-based NavVis Raises €73.7 Million to Build Its Spatial Data Engine and Accelerate AI Roadmap

Munich-based NavVis has raised €73.7 million (about $85 million) in a Series D round to strengthen its spatial data engine and accelerate its AI roadmap. The funding, led by US private equity firm The Jordan Company, includes participation from existing backers such as Yttrium, KOZO KEIKAKU ENGINEERING (KKE), and Cipio Partners. NavVis says the investment will support more scalable and intelligent data capture, a deeper AI layer, and wider market expansion—especially in the US—while continuing to expand its industrial spatial twin platform.
